Two pieces of downloadable content have been released for the PC version of Risen 2: Dark Waters, publisher Deep Silver announced today. The “Treasure Isle” DLC adds an additional story quest involving plot elements from the first Risen, and retails for £7.99, while the “A Pirate’s Clothes” DLC adds pirate garments for £2.49.

In “Treasure Isle”, the player tracks down hidden treasure on an unknown isle with the help of Harlok, a cook on Steelbeard’s ship Elenor; the island features “new environments to explore with many puzzles to solve, treasures to loot and mysteries to unravel”, plus a “legendary” item granting a permanent stat boost.

The “A Pirate’s Clothes” DLC presumably just kits out player for the experience, but on top of the hat, boots, trousers, and pistol, it includes a special ring that boosts players’ ability to gain experience points by 5%. You can find out more about both pieces of DLC on the official Risen 2 website here.
