Namco Bandai have confirmed that Ridge Racer Unbounded will be coming to PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 from March 2nd across EMEA regions (including the UK) and Australasia. The game is currently in development at Bugbear Studios, and we went hands-on with the title a couple months ago; you can read our impressions here.
“Ridge Racer Unbounded brings the high-octane racing that the series is known for and injects new layers of destruction and carnage to the already intense formula,” said Olivier Comte of Namco Bandai. “With the new sophisticated City Creator, fans can easily create an unlimited number of tracks and share them with their friends for limitless replay value.”
Unbounded features a single-player story mode in addition to “Domination Mode”, previously known as “Crash Mode”, and “Survival Mode”, in which players need to keep their car in one piece for the length of a single race.
