The Collector’s Edition of Bethesda’s upcoming Fallout: New Vegas has been announced and detailed. In addition to the game itself, the package includes: “Lucky 7” poker chips, each of which represents casinos from the major casinos found on the New Vegas strip; a fully customised New Vegas deck of cards, each of which has been uniquely illustrated to depict characters and factions from the game; a recreation of the game’s “Lucky 38” platinum chip; a hardcover graphic novel prequel to the game called “All Roads”; and a DVD containing “The Making of Fallout: New Vegas”.

“We’re offering this very cool collector’s edition to give fans the opportunity to own some of the items that they’ll discover while playing  Fallout: New Vegas,” said Pete Hines, vice president of PR and marketing at Bethesda Softworks. “We are also expanding their experience with the game by including a top-notch graphic novel worthy of the Fallout name and a DVD that gives them a behind-the-scenes look at how the game was created.”

Fallout: New Vegas is currently scheduled for an Autumn 2010 release. The game has been rated 18 by PEGI.
